Chính sách này nói rõ ứng dụng của KAMI LAB thu thập gì, dùng để làm gì và giữ trong bao lâu.This policy explains what KAMI LAB applications collect, what it is used for and how long it is kept.

Chúng tôi thu thập gìWhat we collect

• Tài khoản: họ tên, số điện thoại, vai trò trong đơn vị. Tài khoản do quản trị viên của đơn vị cấp, không đăng ký công khai.Account: full name, phone number and role within the organisation. Accounts are issued by the organisation administrator, not by public sign-up.
• Chấm công: thời điểm điểm danh, vị trí lúc điểm danh và ảnh do người dùng tự chụp — chỉ khi người dùng bấm điểm danh.Attendance: check-in time, location at check-in and photos the user takes — only at the moment the user taps check-in.
• Nội dung người dùng nhập: đơn xin nghỉ, báo cáo, bình luận và ảnh đính kèm.Content entered by users: leave requests, reports, comments and attached images.
• Kỹ thuật: mã thiết bị để gửi thông báo đẩy, và nhật ký lỗi để sửa sự cố.Technical: a device token for push notifications, and error logs used to fix problems.

Dùng để làm gìHow it is used

Chỉ để vận hành đúng việc mà đơn vị thuê chúng tôi làm: chấm công, xếp lịch, duyệt đơn và thông báo nội bộ. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không dùng cho quảng cáo và không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba nào ngoài nhà cung cấp hạ tầng.Only to run the work the organisation hires us for: attendance, scheduling, approvals and internal announcements. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties other than infrastructure providers.

Vị trí và máy ảnhLocation and camera

Ứng dụng xin quyền vị trí và máy ảnh chỉ khi người dùng bấm điểm danh, để xác nhận có mặt tại nơi làm việc. Không theo dõi vị trí chạy nền, không bật máy ảnh ngầm. Từ chối quyền thì các chức năng khác vẫn dùng bình thường.The app requests location and camera permission only when the user taps check-in, to confirm presence at the workplace. There is no background location tracking and no silent camera access. Declining permission leaves every other feature working.

Lưu ở đâu, bao lâuWhere and how long

Dữ liệu nằm trên máy chủ do KAMI LAB quản lý, đặt tại trung tâm dữ liệu ở Việt Nam. Ảnh điểm danh giữ theo thoả thuận với đơn vị (mặc định 12 tháng) rồi xoá. Khi đơn vị ngừng dùng dịch vụ, toàn bộ dữ liệu của họ được xoá trong vòng 30 ngày theo yêu cầu.Data is stored on servers operated by KAMI LAB in data centres located in Vietnam. Check-in photos are kept for the period agreed with the organisation (12 months by default) and then deleted. When an organisation stops using the service, all of its data is deleted within 30 days on request.

Vì tài khoản do đơn vị cấp, cách nhanh nhất là báo quản trị viên; hoặc viết thư theo địa chỉ ở trang Hỗ trợ, chúng tôi trả lời trong 7 ngày làm việc.You may view, correct or ask us to delete your data. Because accounts are issued by your organisation, the fastest route is your administrator; or write to the address on the Support page and we will answer within 7 working days.

Trẻ emChildren

Ứng dụng dành cho người đi làm từ 18 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không chủ đích thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.The applications are intended for working adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
